Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged during the 7-day trial?
No. You can use all features for 7 days. If you don't cancel by day 7, the annual plan starts automatically and you're charged then.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel from Google Play → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of your annual period, after which it doesn't renew.
Do family members who join via QR also pay?
No. Only the parent who creates the family pays the subscription. Other members who join via QR are free.
Is tracking my children's location legal?
In most countries (incl. Türkiye), tracking children under 18 with parental consent is legal. Adult family members' location is consent-based — each member explicitly opts in in the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings → Delete my account, or see the Account Deletion page on this site. Deletion becomes permanent after 30 days; you can cancel before then.
